A moment of pause, to acknowledge that moment, acknowledge everything we've done already that day and acknowledge everything that has to be done but to find grace and peace within that moment, that space between.
Try it out
Gaze at the Space Between, take a deep inhale whilst bringing your shoulders up to your ears, relax the tongue from the roof of the mouth, soften the space between the eyebrows, now release your shoulders down and exhale. Repeat as needed throughout the day.
